Swire Properties has officially launched sales for the North Tower at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, marking the next chapter of the landmark development on Brickell Key. The new tower will feature 70 two- to four-bedroom Private Residences and 28 turnkey Hotel Residences, alongside what will become Mandarin Oriental’s new North American flagship hotel. Designed by AD100 and Elle Decor A-List designer Laura Gonzalez, the North Tower introduces her first-ever U.S. residential project—bringing her signature Parisian sophistication and art-driven interiors to Miami’s waterfront skyline to the North Tower's Private Residences.

Since sales began in 2024 with the launch of the South Tower, Swire has generated an extraordinary $1.2 billion in contracts, averaging $100 million per month. The South Tower is now more than 50% sold—an impressive achievement even within Miami’s fast-paced luxury development market. Following this success, North Tower residences are priced from $3.9 million, while Hotel Residences start at $3.8 million and are already 75% reserved.

Rising 426 feet, the North Tower blends the artistry of Laura Gonzalez with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and lush tropical landscaping by SHMA. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling glass, custom Molteni&C cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, and spa-inspired bathrooms with Dornbracht fixtures. Residents will enjoy over 100,000 square feet of amenities and exclusive access to Mandarin Oriental’s legendary hospitality, including wellness retreats, fine dining, and personalized 24-hour concierge service.
