Celebrity real estate agent and TV personality Ryan Serhant, known for his recent Netflix hit "Owning Manhattan," is now expanding further within Palm Beach County, with a second office set to open on August 1st at Harbourside Place in Jupiter. This expansion follows a successful year in the area, with over 50 agents joining the team and over $300 million in closed sales.
Christian Prakas, the opening broker of the Delray Beach office, expressed his excitement about the growth and success in the region: "We have proven that we aren’t just the new kids on the block in Palm Beach County, we are continuing to grow with top producing agents and setting record sales prices. We are thrilled with the success we’ve had so far.” The new Jupiter office will open with 15 agents and has already attracted top talent due to the exposure from Serhant's Netflix show. "We have already added some great people that were exposed to us via the show and we've signed three new listings this week due to seller’s seeing what we do best via Netflix,” said Prakas. - Quote from The Palm Beach Post

Ryan Serhant founded Serhant. in the fall of 2020 and has since expanded to 600 agents across seven East Coast markets, including South Florida. The firm's success in Palm Beach County is partly due to Serhant's involvement in high-profile sales, such as co-representing the buyer of a beachfront home that set a record (at the time) for the highest residential sale on Palm Beach Island at $122.7 million. While this record has since been surpassed, Serhant highlighted West Palm Beach as a key growth area due to the influx of financial institutions, aka Wall Street South, and the resulting "real estate explosion." This growth is reflected in the 93% increase in millionaires in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach between 2013 and 2023, ranking the cities third nationwide.
