SomeraRoad’s $1 billion Paseo South Gulch project continues to grow, with plans to bring residential, hotel, restaurants, offices, and more to the area

New York development firm, SomeraRoad, is making a big splash in Music City with plans to revitalize two historic buildings and construct a massive, four-tower development, now dubbed Paseo South Gulch, with a price tag exceeding $1 billion.

The first phase of Paseo South Gulch has already begun - The Prima tower, featuring 278 apartments and office space, opened its doors earlier this year.

Construction on the second tower, a 30-story mixed-use development with a hotel, condominiums, restaurants, and a pool bar, is expected to begin this fall.

This high-rise will add 180 hotel rooms and 146 luxury condos to Nashville's growing inventory.

Looking ahead, the final phase of the project could become an office building or another apartment tower, adding either hundreds of thousands of square feet of Class A office space or over 400 new apartments to the Gulch.
