Cho notes that the design caters to the preferences of Palm Beach enthusiasts, offering the option to connect units for larger or full-floor spaces. Amenities resemble those of a luxury hotel, including lounges, a swimming pool, wine cellar, dining and media rooms, and event spaces. Wellness facilities encompass fitness and Pilates studios, a golf simulator, pickleball court, and a spa with various relaxation options. Family-friendly features include a children's recreation area with indoor and outdoor facilities and a teen lounge.
Cho emphasizes Palm Beach's unique blend of urban living and natural beauty, with South Flagler House nestled amidst parks, green spaces, and the scenic Flagler Drive Esplanade. The building boasts a radiant lobby with round-the-clock doorman and concierge services. Suzanne Frisbie of Frisbie Palm Beach and the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will oversee sales, with residences ranging from $5.9 million to $72.5 million for penthouses.
