For the Miami Tropic Residences, residents will have access to 41,000 square feet of amenities, including a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen, a bar/lounge, squash courts, ping pong tables, a rooftop pool, a spa, a salon, a podcast studio, an outdoor theater, and even a summer kitchen. The design of the building is by Miami-based Arquitectonica, with Yabu Pushelberg handling the interior design.

Martin expressed his enthusiasm about the project, saying, "Partnering with Jean-Georges allows us to create a new kind of lifestyle experience that celebrates South Florida’s tropical vibe while offering a cosmopolitan flair in the heart of Miami’s cultural scene."
