Spanning a total area of 203,722 square feet, the development boasts over 300 feet of prime Alton Road frontage. The project is designed to feature grand terraced outdoor rooms, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Slated for completion in 2025, The Alton aims to set a new standard for Miami Beach office spaces. The development is committed to quality, sustainability, and the integration of outdoor spaces as a vital amenity. This focus on outdoor space is a signature element of the project's proposed setback massing. The Alton will consist of six floors and will stand at a height of 75 feet. It is currently in the pre-development stage.
