Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront skyline is set for a new chapter as MICL and Admire Capital officially unveil The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a boutique dual-tower development rising between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway along one of the city’s most coveted coastal stretches.
Positioned at 551 Bayshore Drive, the 13-story project will feature just 83 private residences, arriving as Fort Lauderdale continues to strengthen its position as a nationally recognized luxury coastal destination.
