The groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 14 at the project's 5,000-square-foot sales gallery located at 5000 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs. The event was attended by London Bay representatives, city officials, development partners, and friends, including Bonita Springs Mayor Rick Steinmeyer, City Council members Laura Carr and Jamie Bogacz, as well as Lee County Commissioners Cecil Pendergrass and Ray Sandelli.


Stephen Wilson, Executive Vice President & CFO of London Bay Development Group, expressed immense pride in the project's groundbreaking. He highlighted the success of the project so far, with nearly 60 percent of the residences already sold, resulting in total sales nearing $280 million. The high demand for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, is attributed to its exceptional offerings and the unique opportunity for residents to live amidst the natural beauty of Estero Bay.



The residences at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, vary in size, ranging from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet, offering two, three, and four bedrooms, each with a den, with prices starting from $3 million.
