Rò Steakhouse has officially opened in Coral Gables, marking the U.S. debut of ViCa Hospitality Group, the team behind the acclaimed Cienfuegos and 130° Steakhouse in Mérida, Mexico. Located in the iconic Alhambra Tower, the 7,000-square-foot restaurant features seating for 130 guests, with an outdoor terrace coming soon.

Designed by Arkham Projects, Rò’s interior blends bronze, stone, and wood into a refined, cave-like setting, pairing dramatic lighting with tactile natural materials to create a modern yet elemental dining experience.

Led by Head Chef Marcelo Palacios, formerly of Prime 112, Rò’s menu spotlights artisanal cooking over wood, stone, and flame. Guests can expect signature dishes such as Bone-In Ribeye, Tomahawk, Pistachio-Crusted Tuna, Truffle Risotto, and Beef Wellington, along with indulgent sides like Truffle Fries and Scallion Mac & Cheese.
The restaurant also features a 10-seat illuminated bar and an extensive wine cellar that anchors a 20-member private locker program—offering exclusive access for storing personal bottles of wine or spirits.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, Rò brings a fresh, approachable take on the traditional steakhouse to Coral Gables, with a design and menu that reflect ViCa’s signature blend of sophistication and warmth. Reservations are available at www.rosteakhouse.com
