Vastland Co., a local developer, is introducing a unique development to Nashville: a 25-story tower in Midtown called Voce. This $180 million project combines the flexibility of condo ownership with the convenience of hotel management.

The tower will feature 192 condo residences and 116 dedicated hotel suites. Condo owners have the option to opt their units into the hotel program, allowing them to rent out their suites while they are not using them. This innovative concept, inspired by similar developments in markets like South Florida and New York, is a response to Nashville's growing hospitality industry.
Voce offers a variety of amenities, including a full-service restaurant, juice and coffee bar, a grab-and-go market, retail space, a fitness center, dog park, public spa, club room lounge, pool area with cabanas, and a rooftop restaurant. With over 700 parking spaces, the development caters to both locals and visitors.

Vastland has been involved in various real estate projects, including industrial, multifamily, and retail development. The company acquired the site for Voce over 25 years ago and has carefully considered the best use for the property. After exploring options like an apartment building, Vastland decided that a hotel-condo hybrid best suited the market's current needs.
Voce has already pre-sold over 30% of its condo units, which range from studios to three-bedrooms.
Prices start at $540,000 and go up to $1.5 million. Penthouse units will be priced between $2.8 and $7 million. Construction is expected to begin in the coming months and be completed within 25 months.
