Willow has opened in Trelleborg on Sweden's southern coast, joining the WorldHotels Crafted collection within the BWH Hotels portfolio. Rising sixteen stories above Sweden's southernmost city, the hotel pairs a bold exterior with interiors defined by craftsmanship and refined design.
Inside, the design draws on Art Deco influences, natural materials and a palette of green, turquoise and honey tones. Located in the heart of Trelleborg, the hotel is within walking distance of the central station, with access to Malmö, Sturup Airport and Copenhagen.
Willow highlights 110 rooms and junior suites, many with balconies and sea views, along with a penthouse suite with a south-facing terrace. A 4,300-square-foot spa and wellness area on the ninth floor includes indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam bath, lounge areas with fireplaces and terraces overlooking the coastline. The hotel also has three restaurants, a sky bar, and six flexible meeting and event rooms for up to 100 guests.
The architecture, by Jais Landén Krantz Arkitekter, integrates a modern high-rise with the historic Thelinska Magasinet of 1850, setting old against new, with interiors by Stylt Trampoli. Operated by FAB Group AB, Willow joins the WorldHotels Crafted collection as a new design-led address on Sweden's southern coast.
