Developed by Related Ross (Stephen Ross) and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the tower delivers roughly 470,000 square feet of premium workspace with ground-floor retail, wellness-focused amenities, private terraces and a top-floor sky garden. Technology company ServiceNow has signed on as anchor tenant for a West Palm innovation hub and AI institute, reinforcing the city's rapid emergence as a corporate-relocation destination in South Florida.
