Designed by GarciaStromberg, the project spans four towers, two rising 20 stories and two rising 13 stories, delivering 508 for-sale one- and two-bedroom residences of roughly 870 to 1,470 square feet above about 10,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space. The 1.23-million-square-foot development is aimed at young professionals and first-time buyers working in and around West Palm Beach, pairing compact, efficient homes with a full resort-style amenity package, a 1,083-space parking garage and a walkable, waterfront-oriented streetscape near the Intracoastal Waterway.
