This proposed mixed-use development would replace a 1964-built, 50-unit apartment complex on a 2.66-acre site in the Arch Creek Estates neighborhood near North Miami with three buildings totaling 235,065 square feet. The tallest, a nine-story parking garage and commercial building, would be linked by sky bridges to two six-story buildings — one fronting Dixie Highway/Harriet Tubman Highway with ground-floor retail and multifamily residences above, the other residential-only. The complex would contain 110 condominium units ranging from 695-square-foot one-bedrooms to 1,441-square-foot three-bedrooms, 25,250 square feet of commercial space, 282 parking spaces, and a pool deck atop the parking garage. The project sits at the transition between the Harriet Tubman Highway commercial corridor and the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
