15 CityPlace is a 25-story, roughly 490,000-square-foot Class AA office tower rising in the CityPlace district of downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. Developed by Related Ross and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Fogerty Finger, the tower is anchored by a Cleveland Clinic outpatient medical facility and by Related Ross's own expanded headquarters, alongside tenants including BDO and Shutts and Bowen. Nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail activate the street, while a Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed 25th-floor sky garden and private upper-floor terraces frame views toward the Intracoastal Waterway, targeting LEED Gold.
