2823 Broadway is a seven-story, 151-unit, 100 percent affordable apartment community planned for the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach at Broadway and 27th Street, designed by Glavovic Studio. Structured through a Qualified Opportunity Zone entity, every home is priced at or below 80 percent of Area Median Income across three affordability tiers, from deeply affordable units at 30 percent of AMI to workforce units at 80 percent. The nearly $68 million development adds ground-floor retail, a pocket park, wider sidewalks, and streetscape improvements, and is advanced by Procida Development Group and Tre Bel Housing Development Group on a city land-transfer site.
