Aileron Residences is a planned 17-story waterfront condominium by Lynd Living on Bryan Road in Dania Beach, beside the Dania Pointe shopping and entertainment district and minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Designed by Nichols Architects, the building plans 380 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences priced from about $500,000, with ground-floor commercial space and an onsite private marina. Planned amenities include a rooftop sun deck and lounge, two pools with outdoor dining, a wellness and fitness center, a yoga studio and co-working space. The project was previously known as Waves Dania Beach before Lynd joined the original landowner as development partner.
