Ajdan Infinity

Ajdan Infinity is a high-rise residential cluster on Prince Turki Street along the Al Khobar corniche, where developer Ajdan Real Estate Development has assembled a 45,510-square-metre site facing directly onto the Arabian Gulf. Three towers of 35, 40 and 45 storeys are arranged so that the stepped heights preserve water views across the group rather than letting the tallest shade the others, and together they hold more than 480 apartments above roughly 20,000 square metres of retail, food and beverage and mixed-use space. The amenity programme is built around the water: an infinity pool cantilevered toward the Corniche, fitness centres, residents' lounges and round-the-clock concierge, with a landscaped retail promenade at grade lined with fashion boutiques and dining that ties the towers into the seafront walk. Main structural construction is being carried out by Masah Contracting on the 40-storey tower, with Durar Tamam Contracting also engaged across the development. The project sits within Ajdan's wider waterfront holdings in North Khobar, adjacent to the developer's Ajdan Walk retail and leisure destination.
