Led by Swiss investor and philanthropist Dona Bertarelli with the involvement of Squircle Capital and OKO Group, the roughly $260 million resort pairs 36 hotel pavilions with an exclusive collection of 23 Aman-branded residences, each with its own pool and indoor-outdoor living on beachfront and oceanview homesites. The architectural concept is led by Brazilian practice Jacobsen Studio, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscapes by Raymond Jungles, delivering Aman's signature calm minimalism among white-sand beaches, turquoise shallows and a private marina, with Aman as hotel and residence operator.
