About the project

Amangani is Aman's first U.S. resort and one of the brand's most distinctive properties — a 40-suite hilltop retreat set 7,000 feet above the Snake River Valley on East Gros Ventre Butte, with sweeping views of the Tetons and the Snake River below. The architecture is a long, low-slung form clad in sandstone and Oklahoma stone, designed to read as part of the butte itself rather than something placed on top of it, with redwood, oak, and slate carrying through the interior program. Every suite carries panoramic valley views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a freestanding tub. The amenity anchor is a 35-meter heated outdoor infinity pool that runs out toward the Tetons, alongside an Aman Spa, a fitness center, multiple restaurants, and a year-round outdoor program that ranges from skiing at Jackson Hole and Snow King in winter to fly fishing, riding, hiking, and Grand Teton and Yellowstone excursions in the warmer months.
