About the project

Ambergris Cay is a 1,100-acre private island all-inclusive resort on the southeast edge of the Turks and Caicos string, 600 miles south of Miami and tracing the world-famous Caicos Banks. Originally established as a private homeowner community and opened as a resort in 2019, the property now offers a luxury boutique hotel feel across vast and largely untouched terrain. Accommodation spans 29 bungalows — including the recently opened collection of 12 Waterside Bungalows with direct calm-water access, private heated plunge pools, and kayaks and paddleboards at the door — and 11 villas ranging from three to eleven bedrooms, all bookable on an all-inclusive basis with private heated plunge pools throughout. Amenities include a Club House, full-service spa, fitness pavilion, tennis, the Hangover Tiki Bar, and Calico restaurant for all-day dining with international chefs and made-to-order menus. Guests reach the island through Ambergris Cay International Airport, with one of the longest runways in the Caribbean at 5,700 feet — accommodating aircraft up to 92 feet in length for direct private jet arrival, with complimentary onward transfer flights from Providenciales or South Caicos for commercial guests. The resort was named a 2026 Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice Best of the Best winner, ranking among the Caribbean's top all-inclusive properties.
