Anantara Turks & Caicos Resort & Residences marks the Anantara brand's Caribbean debut, a low-density resort and branded-residence community on the Sandy Point coastline of North Caicos. Developed by a team including local developer Rob Ayer, Octans founder Caroline Domange, and Knuru Capital, with architecture and interiors by RAD and Meyer Davis, the community offers 78 branded residences and beachfront villas available for private ownership. The wellness-led resort brings Minor Hotels' flagship luxury hospitality to one of the Caribbean's least-developed islands, pairing Anantara service with secluded beaches and marine-rich surroundings.
