About the project

Andaz Heber Valley is Hyatt's first mountain Andaz, anchoring The Slope, a new alpine village on the Provo River in Heber City, Utah. Developed by Angstrom Development Group with architecture by Gomez Vazquez International and FFKR and interiors by WE Studio, it combines a boutique hotel with branded townhome villas and hotel-attached condominiums oriented toward Mount Timpanogos and Deer Valley's expanded terrain. Every villa carries a private dry-heat sauna and rooftop hot tub, a first among Utah branded residences, and interiors are built around kitchen banquettes and sunken conversation pits.
