Andaz Heber Valley is the Andaz brand's debut mountain resort and the centerpiece of The Slope — a new legacy alpine village taking shape along the Provo River in Utah's Heber Valley, minutes from Deer Valley's expanded ski terrain. Developed by Angstrom Development Group, the destination pairs an 85-room hotel with 202 fully furnished, hotel-branded residences comprising 140 townhome villas and 62 condominiums attached to the hotel. Interiors draw on the craft and warmth of mountain lodges in Japan and Italy, and every villa is crowned by a rooftop deck with a private dry-heat sauna and hot tub — billed as the only branded residences in Utah to offer in-home wellness suites of that kind. Residences are oriented to capture sweeping views, from sunsets behind Mount Timpanogos to vistas across the surrounding Wasatch peaks, with the resort's broader wellness, dining, and slope-adjacent amenities woven throughout the village.
