Anson at Palmetto Bluff

Anson is the third village rising within Palmetto Bluff, the sprawling Lowcountry community along the May River near Bluffton, South Carolina. At its heart is Anson Point, a new 18-hole championship course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw on the property's eastern end — a routing that takes advantage of the maritime forest, tidal marsh, and river frontage that define the Bluff. Developed by South Street Partners, Anson will grow into a full village of homes, neighborhoods, and gathering places alongside the course, complementing Palmetto Bluff's existing villages, its Montage resort, marina, and vast nature preserve. The expansion deepens one of the Southeast's most celebrated private sporting and residential communities.
