Developed by Octans and Knuru Capital, the project pairs 78 privately owned Anantara branded residences with a select collection of beachfront villas, with architecture by Miami-based RAD and interiors by Meyer Davis shaped around generous indoor-outdoor living. Planned amenities include a private marina with access to the surrounding cays, an Anantara Spa wellness program drawing on native plants grown on site, multiple pools, fitness and yoga facilities, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, water sports and an on-site observatory, with guests arriving via Providenciales and a short private boat transfer or through North Caicos Airport.
