Designed by Arquitectonica, the slender, sculptural high-rise rises 21 stories and roughly 255 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway with just 39 residences, about two per floor, giving every home sweeping water views toward Palm Beach and the Atlantic. A redesign pared back the tower's height and massing and trimmed its requested waivers, adding new sidewalks, landscaping, public art and a street-facing garage screened from the pedestrian realm. With boutique white-glove service, private amenities and Intracoastal frontage on one of the city's most sought-after residential corridors, Apogee joins the wave of luxury condominium towers reshaping North Flagler Drive.
