Arada's Broadbeach development is the Sharjah-based group's first project in Queensland, a pair of residential towers linked by a landscaped podium on the Gold Coast Highway directly opposite the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Designed by Plus Studio and built by Roberts Co, the contractor Arada acquired in 2025, the scheme holds 952 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes above roughly 12,900 square feet of ground-floor retail and hospitality space. The amenity deck on the podium runs to a lagoon pool and a lap pool, a gym, sauna, steam room, mist room, infrared room and salt scrub facilities, plus communal terraces, private dining, a library, a lounge and work-from-home space. The site sits on the light rail line and within walking distance of The Star Gold Coast and the Pacific Fair shopping centre, a block from the beach.
