Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach is a twin-tower luxury oceanfront condominium rising on the barrier island at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, Florida, and it marks the Armani Group's second South Florida branded-residential address after Armani/Casa Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. Developed jointly by SP Developments, Vertical Developments, WellDuo and GCF Development, the 19-story pair holds just 28 residences, each occupying an entire floor so that every home reads as a private villa in the sky with 360-degree ocean-to-Intracoastal views, floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound terraces. Architecture is by G3 Architecture, with every interior, finish palette and furnishing package curated by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, and landscape architecture by the Dutch practice West 8, which wraps the beachfront complex in an open-space park and meditation garden. The amenity program is calibrated to the small resident count: private beach access, an oceanfront sunrise pool with cabanas and sundeck, a 45-foot lap pool, a sunset jacuzzi, a spa with hammam and cold-plunge, a fitness center with yoga and pilates studio, an outdoor summer kitchen and bar, a children's playroom, a business lounge with meeting space, and a media room with golf simulator and virtual gaming. Priced from $5 million with sales led by Fortune Development Sales, the project sits within Pompano Beach's fast-forming luxury corridor alongside the Waldorf Astoria, Ritz-Carlton and W branded residences, and is one of the last projects to carry Giorgio Armani's own design direction.
