The 279 apartments include 20 studios, 133 one-bedroom, 102 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units, with 448 parking spaces, 20 of them for electric vehicles. Amenities include a swimming pool, co-working space, a rooftop lounge with Intracoastal and ocean views, and a park. The community connects to an adjacent Publix-anchored shopping plaza, which AvalonBay is also upgrading as part of the project. It is the second-tallest building in Lake Park after Nautilus 220.
