The Azrieli Spiral Tower climbs 350 metres across 91 floors beside Tel Aviv's Azrieli Center, making it the tallest building in Israel. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with Moshe Tzur Architects for the Azrieli Group, the tower takes its name from the twisting, terraced form that spirals as it rises, each setback planted as a garden that breaks the mass into a stack of green terraces. The roughly 150,000-square-metre programme layers retail at street level, offices and 89 residential units above, and a 250-room hotel occupying the crown. It sits at the centre of Tel Aviv's main business district, directly linked to the HaShalom rail interchange and the Ayalon corridor.
