Banyan Tree AlUla spreads its villas across a 3,046-hectare site in Ashar Valley, one of the most dramatic sandstone canyons around AlUla. Paris-based AW² designed each villa as a low platform under a sculpted canvas canopy, so the resort sits lightly against the rock formations rather than competing with them, with one- to three-bedroom villas reaching about 240 square metres and private pools facing the cliffs. The resort adds two restaurants, reception pavilions, a Banyan Tree spa and an infinity rock pool tucked into a natural crevice, and it operates in partnership with Accor for the Royal Commission for AlUla.
