About the project

The Blues Note Hotel is a proposed mixed-use development for downtown Memphis, planned for the southeast corner of Fourth Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue — directly across from Robert Church Park and catty-corner to FedExForum. Led by Forum Hotel and Hospitality Development with architecture by A2H, the centerpiece is a 15-story, 191-room four-star hotel topped by a signature guitar-shaped rooftop pool that nods to the city's musical heritage. The plan also calls for a nine-story residential building with 65 condominiums, a three-level parking structure, and a second-phase boutique hotel, knitting hospitality, for-sale housing, dining, and retail into one of downtown's most prominent corners at the edge of the Beale Street entertainment district.
