Cabo Real Surf Club

Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential club opening in late 2026 within the established 3,000-acre Cabo Real masterplan in the Los Cabos Tourist Corridor, between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo and roughly 20 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport. At its center is North America's first Endless Surf wave basin, a private lagoon producing hundreds of customizable waves per hour with rides up to 25 seconds and controllable wave heights up to seven feet, suitable for beginners through experienced surfers. The club pairs that surf technology with a Robert Trent Jones II-designed championship golf course undergoing multi-million-dollar enhancements alongside a new golf clubhouse, a private oceanfront beach club and pool on one of the region's top swimmable beaches, a racquet sports center for padel, tennis and pickleball, a wellness and recovery spa with steam, sauna, cold plunge and red-light therapy, altitude training and performance coaching, an extensive network of single-track mountain biking and hiking trails, and multiple food and beverage venues. Developed by Meriwether Companies, whose partners include Michael Schwab, in partnership with the Sanchez Navarro family, one of Los Cabos' pioneering landowners behind El Dorado Golf & Beach Club and Las Ventanas al Paraíso, the community offers custom Estate Lots, Boardwalk Homesites fronting the wave basin, and ocean-view Villas, along with turnkey Surf Casitas designed by Mexico City firm Sordo Madaleno that are now fully reserved. The project has secured more than $200 million in sales reservations, with membership limited to homeowners.
