The concept reimagines more than twelve acres of the city's central waterfront by rerouting Flagler Drive westward to knit the shoreline into a continuous lawn stretching from Fern Street to Clematis Street. Planned amenities include two expansive open lawns, a dog park, sand volleyball courts, and a rebuilt waterfront amphitheater, all remaining fully city-controlled public space at the heart of downtown West Palm Beach.
