Chilston Court

Chilston Court is a 78-residence luxury development spanning two buildings at 275 and 290 Mason Street in downtown Greenwich, Connecticut, steps from the Greenwich train station and the boutiques and dining of Greenwich Avenue. Developed by Caspi Development, the firm behind Tribeca's Fouquet's New York, the project pairs architecture by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by AD100 designer Bryan O'Sullivan Studio, known for Claridge's in London and the Westmoreland at the Frick on New York's Upper East Side. Residences range from two-bedrooms to penthouses, with two-bedroom homes starting around 2,000 square feet and interiors built with single-slab marble kitchens, custom parquet flooring, and ceilings exceeding nine feet throughout the living spaces. The architecture draws on Beaux-Arts, Italianate, and Georgian Revival precedent in Alabama Silver Shadow limestone, granite, and custom-molded brick, with massing that steps down toward Greenwich Avenue and townhouse-inspired street elevations with Juliet balconies. The amenity program includes an indoor swimming pavilion with a hand-painted ceiling mural by Claire de Quénetain, a wellness spa with hot tub and cold plunge, a Technogym fitness club, a library, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a speakeasy, a game room, a children's playroom, a pet spa with dog park, and a landscaped courtyard. Sales have launched, with completion expected in 2028.
