Drawing its cues from luxury hospitality rather than the suburban estate, Chilston Court offers roughly 10,000 square feet of shared amenities including a lap pool, wellness facilities, a residents' lounge, a twenty-person private dining room, a speakeasy, a garden courtyard and concierge service, bringing lock-and-leave sophistication to one of the wealthiest enclaves in the United States.
Caspi Development told Greenwich Time that Chilston Court is nearing 50 percent sold within weeks of launch, with more than a dozen contracts at $10 million or higher; completion still targeted for the end of 2028.
