Concord Sky rises 300 metres and 85 storeys on the southeast corner of Yonge and Gerrard in Toronto's Garden District, ranking among the city's small handful of supertall towers. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with architectsAlliance as architect of record and developed by Concord Adex, the tower carries 1,407 residences above a ten-storey mixed-use podium that restores retail frontage along one of Toronto's busiest stretches of Yonge Street. White aluminium cladding and curtain wall wrap a form that tapers as it ascends, giving the tower a distinct profile against the downtown skyline. The location places residents steps from Toronto Metropolitan University, the Eaton Centre, and two subway lines.
