Conrad Kobe will be Hilton's first hotel in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture, occupying the upper floors of a mixed-use high-rise in central Kobe. The tower is part of the Kobe City Hall Building No. 2 redevelopment, led by ORIX Real Estate Corporation at the head of a seven-company consortium, and connects directly underground to Sannomiya-Hanadokeimae Station. The 136-key luxury hotel sits between the city centre and the waterfront, within reach of Nankinmachi and the harbour. Its program includes an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, an executive lounge, a spa, a fitness centre, an indoor pool and roughly 500 square metres of ballroom and meeting space. Conrad Kobe joins Conrad Tokyo and Conrad Osaka alongside the forthcoming Conrad Nagoya and Conrad Yokohama.
