Conrad Yokohama marks the luxury brand's arrival in Japan's second-largest city, taking the lower sixteen floors of a 40-storey mixed-use high-rise rising in the Kitanaka-dori North district on the edge of Minato Mirai. Developed with Daiwa House Industry, the hotel holds 272 guest rooms and suites built to an unusually generous standard for urban Japan, with entry-level rooms of roughly 48 square meters oriented toward the harbor and the Yokohama skyline. Four dining venues anchor the public floors alongside an executive lounge, while a spa, a fitness center and an indoor pool form the wellness core and a wedding chapel and roughly 360 square meters of ballroom space serve the city's events and conference market.
