Phase One, Continuum Club & Residences West, is a 236-residence, 36-story tower now under construction at 1755 John F. Kennedy Causeway, wrapped in resort-style amenities and waterfront living. Phase Two, Continuum Club & Residences East, will add roughly 300 condominiums alongside a boutique hotel of about 96 keys and 114 furnished hotel residences, a reimagined marina with around 20 slips, and a waterfront restaurant, together transforming the island's Kennedy Causeway frontage into a walkable, amenity-rich bayfront destination linking Miami Beach and the mainland.
