About the project

Continuum Waterfront District is a four-acre master planned development on Biscayne Bay in North Bay Village, Florida, from the Continuum Company and joint venture partner Aksoy Holding, with architecture by Arquitectonica. Phase One is anchored by Continuum Club and Residences West, a 36-story waterfront condominium tower holding 236 residences alongside a bayfront restaurant and marina access. Phase Two introduces a second Continuum branded condominium tower of roughly 300 homes, a boutique hotel with furnished hotel residences, a 20-slip marina, office space and waterfront dining, all knitted together by a landscaped green promenade the developer calls Island Walk. Residents are served by a private club, resort style pool decks, wellness and fitness facilities and direct water access, making the district the largest single redevelopment underway on the island.
