Corey Landing is Kolter Urban's mixed-use redevelopment of the long-vacant waterfront at the east end of Corey Avenue, the walkable main street of St. Pete Beach, on Boca Ciega Bay. The approved plan pairs two eight-story buildings holding about 133 luxury condominiums, with seven floors of residences above ground-level parking, with a freestanding building of roughly 11,000 square feet for retail and restaurants. A new public waterfront park anchors the site, and the project adds public dock slips, a kayak launch, a water taxi dock and a repaired seawall, with private boat slips for owners. Residences range from two-bedroom layouts upward with bay views. The site combines the former Corey Landing parcel with the former Charlie's Transmissions and Blue Parrot properties, both since demolished, and the plan won unanimous city approval after Kolter scaled back an earlier 162-unit proposal.
