About the project

Costa Palmas is a 1,500-acre luxury resort and residential community set on two miles of calm, swimmable Sea of Cortez shoreline near the town of La Ribera on Baja California Sur's East Cape, about 45 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport. Masterplanned to weave together desert, mountain, and sea, the community brings together two flagship resorts — Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos and Amanvari, Aman's first property in Mexico — alongside a collection of branded and custom residences, a Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole golf course, a 250-slip full-service marina able to accommodate yachts up to 250 feet, a Marina Village of shops and restaurants, a Beach & Yacht Club, a sports park, organic farms and orchards, and a roster of dining venues. Three kilometers of white-sand beach, freshwater estuaries, and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains frame a community designed around controlled, long-term growth and direct water access.
