Currie Park Towers

Currie Park Towers is a planned twin-tower luxury condominium development on a 1.6-acre waterfront assemblage at 2085 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach's Northwood district, directly across from the reimagined Currie Park on the Intracoastal Waterway and a short walk from Northwood Village. The roughly 438,300-square-foot project pairs two 31-story towers holding 281 residences above about 4,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, served by 362 parking spaces in a shared underground garage below both buildings. Homes range from roughly 1,065 to 4,510 square feet and average about 1,760 square feet, with amenity levels on the third and ninth floors, a ninth-floor pool deck, a rooftop amenity level crowning one tower and a penthouse atop the other. The assemblage is one of the last major waterfront development parcels in northern West Palm Beach, sitting opposite a city-led park reconstruction that is reshaping the neighborhood's Intracoastal edge.
