About the project

DUS Padel is the debut Florida location of a hospitality-driven padel and wellness concept founded by Palm Beach County native Philippe Urreiztieta, occupying a 26,500-square-foot indoor facility at 2031 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The club pairs five weather-protected indoor padel courts with an organic cafe, a wellness lounge, locker rooms with saunas and cold plunges, and the first official NOX Pro Shop in the United States, with on-site longevity and recovery programming led by licensed health professionals — a year-round sports-and-wellness destination just off I-95 minutes from downtown.
