About the project

An ultra-private members club set on 220 acres east of I-95 in the heart of West Palm Beach, built around a 7,287-yard Jack Nicklaus Signature Course played with no tee times — long, generously spaced fairways framed by native landscaping, including the flowering Dutchman's Pipe vine that gives the club its name. The practice experience runs to tour-stop standards: a driving range exceeding 300 yards stocked with every ball on the market, two acres devoted to the short game, Top 100 instruction, and an on-site custom club-building operation that can fit and assemble a club to a player's specs within minutes. Beyond golf, a cutting-edge racquet club brings together tennis, padel, and pickleball, alongside a fitness center, a day spa, personal training, and event spaces. Three dining venues — including a members-only grill, poolside al fresco dining, and a dining room with a balcony overlooking the range and the first hole — round out the experience, and a private collection of 22 villas sits steps from the club, connected to an adjacent Marriott Autograph Collection resort and spa on the same property.
