Dutchman's Pipe Club is an ultra-private golf club in the heart of West Palm Beach, developed by Witkoff, Access Industries, and PPG Development on the transformed former Banyan Cay grounds. Built around a Jack Nicklaus Signature course stretching more than 7,280 yards with no tee times, the club layers on a tour-level practice range, a two-acre short-game area, a racquet club, a spa, and multiple dining venues, alongside a limited enclave of private villas. Invitation-only and amenity-rich, it stands as West Palm Beach's first new private golf club in a generation.
