Official WebsiteElounda Hills is a 138-acre coastal residential and hospitality destination set along Crete's northeastern shoreline near Agios Nikolaos and Elounda, one of the Mediterranean's most sought-after stretches of coast. Developed by Mirum Group, it weaves together luxury residences, hospitality, wellness, and marina living across a single masterplanned community. The residential collection spans apartments, duplexes, and villas — including the Marina Collection overlooking the marina and beach clubs and a limited group of 15 two- and three-bedroom Terrace Villas with landscaped gardens, pools, and expansive terraces — with homes ranging from roughly 1,500 to 2,800 square feet designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living and Aegean views. The destination's hospitality is anchored by a partnership with 1 Hotels & Homes, delivering two distinct experiences: the boutique waterfront Marina Hotel and the 129-room Hilltop Hotel, alongside more than 130 branded residences managed by 1 Hotels & Homes. Shared amenities include a 64-berth private marina, a spa and wellness center, dining, a marina village, and a seafront promenade with retail. Construction began in November 2024, with the coastal zone targeted for completion in 2028 and the Hilltop Hotel set to open in 2030.
