Elyse Buckhead

Elyse Buckhead is a 20-story luxury condominium tower on West Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta's Buckhead, immediately adjacent to the St. Regis Atlanta and developed by Kolter Urban as its third residential high-rise in the neighborhood. Designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, the building takes a contemporary glass form deliberately calibrated to Buckhead's established low-rise scale, stepping its massing to sit comfortably among the surrounding estates. Its 194 residences range from roughly 1,400 to more than 4,000 square feet, each shaped around floor-to-ceiling glass, elevated ceilings and expansive private terraces that pull the tree canopy indoors. More than 63,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space wraps the building with wellness and fitness facilities, social rooms, private dining, guest suites, a dog walk, a pickleball court and an elevated pool deck lined with cabanas.
