EnSima Holdings, co-founded by Shalom Arik Maimon and Lior Suchard with partner Rick Ross, is planning EnSima Miami I across four parcels totaling about 10.3 acres on NW 27th Avenue, a 10-story building with 770 residences set to finish in 2030.
The access-controlled community pairs 770 residences, priced from about $650 per square foot, with roughly 166,000 square feet of retail and 1,750 parking spaces. Pininfarina shaped the urban design and a nano-graphene facade texture over a concrete shell, with interiors by Domus, landscaped garden decks, 60-foot shaded promenades and elevated pedestrian bridges. A wellness program with PRO RESET covers more than 15,000 square feet, and the garden deck adds three pools, a cold plunge, three jacuzzis, a 1.04-kilometer walking loop, community gardens, two dog parks, a pickleball court and a half basketball court.
