Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara marks Equinox Hotels' first Caribbean resort and second integrated marina destination globally. The project anchors Port Nimara, a new waterfront development on Anguilla's southwest coast between Cap Juluca and Altamer. The resort includes 62 guest rooms, 18 oceanfront villas, 18 upland villas, and 35 branded Equinox residences, alongside a 118-berth superyacht marina designated as a port of entry with on-site customs and immigration clearance. Amenities include an Equinox Club, an all-day dining concept centered on health-driven cuisine, The Spa by Equinox Hotels, and curated retail. The broader Port Nimara development is delivered by South West Harbour Inc., a joint venture between SF Investments Ltd., Time Equities Inc., and Antillean Developments Inc. Marina opens to first vessels in 2027; resort expected 2029.
