FENDI Private Residences Crans-Montana replaces the historic Hotel Alpina & Savoy, a family-run grand hotel on Route du Rawyl in the heart of Crans that is being torn down and reimagined as three high-luxury residential buildings, The Paradis, The Savoy and The Alpina, across roughly 6,700 square metres. Developed by Steiger & Cie with Fendi, the project pairs facades of finely veined Valmalenco stone with interiors by Rome-based architect Marco Costanzi, the designer behind the FENDI Private Suites in Rome, who wraps each residence in floor-to-ceiling oak and furnishes it with Fendi Casa pieces under lighting by Mario Nanni. Execution architect Comina and Enea Landscape Architecture complete the team. Residences start at well over 170 square metres and share a spa with an indoor pool looking out to the Valais Alps, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and massage rooms, a fitness room, a yoga and relaxation space and a ski lounge, backed by hotel-style concierge, butler, private chef and driver services, steps from the lifts and the Severiano Ballesteros golf course that hosts the European Masters.
