Finale is the last major slopeside development at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado, a roughly $500 million master plan spanning five parcels that run from the BreckConnect Gondola up to the ski area base. Led by the Finale Development Partnership with planning and design by DTJ Design, the community brings together the 36-key Imperial Hotel, an upcoming member of The Leading Hotels of the World, alongside the whole-ownership Imperial Chalets, the sixteen Independence Townhomes, and the Victory Ridge collection of ski-in, ski-out estate homesites set on the ridge above the base area. The seven-story, 400,000-square-foot Imperial building anchors the plan with more than 70,000 square feet of amenities, including a signature restaurant, a hidden speakeasy, a rooftop bar, a full-service spa, an indoor water park, a market, and ski shops with direct slope access, while two workforce housing projects, Goldrush Flats and Entrada, are delivered alongside it under the town's development agreement.
